PSR front wheel stand does not work

The bike is mounted on a rear wheel stand.

As I push the stand down and lift the bike up, the 2 rubber sleeves on each side rotate on their posts, and travel to the rear of the bike until the bike drops off the forks. At 1:23, the bike almost drops off. In this video, I didn’t allow the bike to drop.

It takes time to adjust the sleeve „arms“ onto the forks before beginning the lift. You cant take the wheel off unless you pull each „arm“ out enough to account for the rotors passing by them, and by default they want to close together.
