Cable Bicep Curl – Elbows Behind Body

-Set up cable to low pulley height.
-Take a couple of steps out, elbows should be positioned behind the body.
-Curl weight up, keeping palms up.
-When curling up, elbows should stay behind body, do not let them travel forward when curling.
-Lower back down until arms are fully straightened.
