The Tree of Life is a cosmic map and connection to all of the realms. You will travel upon it or through it as you journey between the realms. There are realms in the branches that are called the “Upper Realms” and realms in the roots called the “Lower Realms”. Your Inner Realms Sanctuary is generally located in the center of the trunk. Outside of the realms, there is also a range of creatures that live upon and maintain the Tree of Life. Some call it Yggdrasil, which is a name from the ancient Norse mythology that we honor and appreciate.
