VERY BEST: Schulz, Robin

He was born in Osnabrück, Germany as son of a DJ (his father). Robin bought his first turntables at the age of 15. In 2013 he got the attention on plattforms like „Soundcloud“ for his remixes of different songs. His mix of the single „Waves“ by Dutch singer Mr. Probz especially which he released in 2014 as a single. The song topped the Single Charts of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Afterwards it was released all across Europe and topped the UK, Swedish and Norwegian Single Charts. His next single – another remix of a song, this time from French duo Lilly Wood & The Prick called „Prayer In C“ also reached #1 in Germany, the UK, Sweden as well as France as some other single charts. The single got a diamond certificate in Germany for over 1 million units sold. Later that year he released his debut album „Prayer“ – it peaked at #7 in the German album charts.

In 2015 Robin Schulz got his 3rd #1 song in Germany: The remake of the song „Sugar“ topped the chart in his homecountry and was certified double platinum there. He released his 2nd studio album „Sugar“ later that year and peaked at #3 in the German album charts. The album topped the chart in Switzerland – becoming his first #1 album.

In 2017 he released his 3rd studio album „Uncovered“ and reached #11 in the album charts. The single „OK“ with James Blunt peaked at #2 in the German Single Charts, becoming his 6th Top 3 single there. It was certified platinum.
