As a coach I teach Rest & Relax to Recreate alot. In these three days I learned the real meaning of having a clear mindset.

Even if you are in a journey and it seems that it’s leading you nowhere, just connect to Nature. Find the answers. It will help you not only with R’n’R to recreate, but will help you to recharge and redirect. That’s what we all need when we feel like stopping somewhere.
