Before some of my trips I will meal prep, store the food in sandwich bags and pack them in my luggage. I also purchased a small 7 inch electric skillet from Amazon that I take with me to cook my food. I learned this from one of my mentors and success partners who is a natural body builder. ⠀
It’s a great way to have a healthy meal in your hotel room and you save some money by not eating every single meal out. ⠀
Usually I will prep for one meal a day, bring one snack for each day, like an apple, bring my shakes and greens for breakfast and plan to eat one meal out each day on the trip.
