Travel Friendly Total Body Workout

No equipment is no reason to skip a workout! These exercises make a great routine anytime you’re traveling or otherwise can’t make it to the gym. Try each move for 6-12 reps (go for that good burn in the muscles while maintaining proper form), for 3-4 sets.
