“Travel could be impossible” with dangerous ice, snow storm

The National Weather Service is warning drivers staff off the roads unless for emergencies in parts of the Midwest and Tennessee Valley, where up to a half inch of dangerous icing is likely. Farther north, double digit snow totals are in the offing. MyRadar meteorologist Matthew Cappucci has the latest.
