I am a Level 3 professional teacher and mentor of Iyengar Yoga. I started practicing at the age of ten and through yoga, I have had opportunities to travel widely, including several trips to the RIMYI Centre in Pune, India, where I experienced first-hand the light of Guru ji, B.K.S. Iyengar, Geeta ji, Sri Prashant and Abhijata Iyengar.

I earned my first teaching certificate in 2007 in France from Faeq Biria, a world-renowned yogi based in Paris, and my most recent certificate of Senior 1 from the Iyengar Yoga Association of the UK in 2018.
