TIVOLI CELEBRATES COVID IS OVER WITH FLOWER FESTIVAL – Chinese TV

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

Tivoli is the second oldest amusement park in the world and has always had millions of flowers everywhere. People come to be outside in the COVID times.

However it is the first time in the 178 year old history of Tivoli, that Tivoli’s new CEO Susanne Mørch Koch, could open an official Garden & Flower Festival.

The aim is to set new international standards for flower-art.
To do that are people being decorated with flowers and filmed by international New York flower artist and -photographer Stine Heilmann, that originally is from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Covid has been hard and Stine Heilmann hopes the Flower Festival will get people “inspired and give them a smile on their face and remind them of, you know, happiness and life and the and the beauty in life”.

Flowers you can eat have become more and more normal on the gourmet-scene in Denmark. The Michelin restaurant in Tivoli called Gemyse had also made a popular ares with “flowers you can eat”. Soon the are became a favourite selfie-place.

Tourist are still limited to travel, but Deutsch student Frank Erics was there and “appreciated the Flowers”.
At the moment Denmark have 42,8 % fewer visitors, that before Covis in general. However Copenhagen have 80% fewer in Copenhagen, because most tourist have been renting the popular summer houses along the beaches in Denmark.

Denmark is opening up, but there has been 4 new dead of Covid within the last 24 hours.
21 is in intensive care right now.

So even though things looks good, there is still a need for a place like the Flower and Garden Festival in Tivoli, which runs until September 5.
