The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a kitchen timer to break work into intervals, typically 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
The three tips I’m sharing today are to niche down if you want search engines to find you online. Don’t try to put in too many diverse of conflicting keywords or you will confuse the algorithms.
Manage your time it creative productive sprints of focused work broken by periods of activity. Personalize when you do these. Plan to work within your own best productive and rest times.
I share how to get ethical, honest reviews, and to organise these before the book, or a product is lunched.
So, Pomodoro Technique, niche down and focusing on one main keyword product for each promotion, and pro-prepare to share your product free to approved reviewers in advance of publication. They should write, „I was given this book for free in return for an honest review,“ in the review.

~ Training:
Born into a creative family of skilled artists, Ryn Shell’s painting skill has developed during seven-decades of classical training from world renown artists, many of whom trained with brilliant master artists including Ryn’s artist hero, Australian tonal impressionist, Fredric McCubbin.
As with another of her third-generation teachers, romantic realist Sir Hans Hysen, Ryn mastered and excelled to an award-winning standard in the multi-mediums of oil, watercolours, pastels, pencils and pen and ink. Additional to this, she trained in classical life drawing and figure sculpture under the great Laurie Pendlebury, a Wynn Landscape Prize winner and Archibald portrait prize finalist.
Ryn never made the mistake of having a fool for a teacher, she has gone out of her way to train with, and take master classes with the best.
Ryn’s flower studies and portraiture were influenced as a child by visits to the home of by the great Violet McInnes and seven times Archibald prize winner William (Billy) McInnes, and training under Alan Martin and Pat Moran. She trained in watercolour with David Taylor, Robert Wade, and Ernie Trembath, amongst many other noted artists.
