The Wedding of Jen & Brian

Jen and Brian’s Destination Wedding in Joshua Tree, California. Captain Brian and his first mate Jen own a boat charter company in Lake Tahoe, California where the couple lives for the majority of the year. In their companies off season, Jen and Brian spend their time traveling all over the world together. It is only natural that their love of travel and adventure lead them to have their destination wedding here in Joshua Tree. Their vision for their wedding day, intimate and laid back desert boho vibes where they and their guests could enjoy the desert sunset and a night under the stars. The ceremony and reception was hosted at a beautiful air bnb that sits (like most desert homes in JT) on a bumpy dirt road in rural Joshua Tree. After the ceremony we whisked the couple away into Joshua Tree National Park for romantic portraits before heading back to their reception. Their reception was complete with a silent disco under the stars, vegan tacos, and a quick make out sesh on top of their motorcycle. You could just feel how present and intentional the couple and their wedding guests were about celebrating Jen and Brian’s love in true Jen and Brian fashion. This intimate destination wedding had total elopement vibes. Wild. Intentional. and Intimate. Cheers captain Brian+Jen!
