Bio: JOHN SKUTLIN, Ph.D
John Skutlin holds a doctorate in Japanese Studies and has written about Japanese manifestations of Goth subculture, as well as body modification and tattooing in Japan, from an anthropological perspective. His studies have also delved into modern Satanism in its various incarnations. He is fluent in Japanese, and lived in Tokyo for over a decade.
