The LIFT Podcast – Neurodiversity and successful communication

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

Melanie Sykes is a writer, former broadcaster and Editor of The Frank Magazine – a magazine for women of all ages looking at health, healing, the environment, business, travel, supporting others and being your best possible self. She retired from TV presenting after 26 years because she always felt it wasn’t the right fit for her.

After recently being diagnosed with autism and ADHD, something which also happened to Richard last year, she’s currently writing and directing a documentary called The Autistic Revolution.

They have an open and honest chat about their discovery of being neurodivergent later in life, how neurotypical and neurodiverse worlds can co-exist healthily and happily and the importance of being true to yourself and finding the right path for you.
