The Eat New Zealand Kaitaki Road Trip 2021

We are the Eat New Zealand Kaitaki and we are a hopeful future for the New Zealand food story. As the next generation of food storytellers, we represent all aspects of our food system, but we don’t always have the money to come together to converse, connect and be part of the conversation. So we are asking for your help – to bring our voices together at this year’s Food Hui in Ōtautahi.

Eat New Zealand is a not-for-profit and has always been about connecting people to our land through food, so to further our mission we are embarking on the ultimate four-part New Zealand food road trip series. Where our crew will travel across Aotearoa engaging in food adventures and telling the stories of our next generation food storytellers – with the aim of raising funds to help get as many of our Kaitaki to the Food Hui in Ōtautahi as possible.

This will be the Ultimate Aotearoa Food Adventure – guided by the places, faces and stories of our Eat New Zealand Kaitaki.
