Taylor Wimpey – Proud Film 2022 – HR version

Top Banana Film were asked to help develop the creative alongside two of Taylor Wimpey’s regional advertising agencies for a brand campaign film.

Led by six leaders from across the business and fronted by their CEO, the film covered how their roles helped to define the direction of travel for the business and, more importantly, how that influence directly benefits the TW customers. It would set the scene for the wider ‘Proud’ campaign, where it’s coming from and what it means. It’s the soul of the brand and an expression of its overall personality.

Shot over a couple of days with a tight shoot schedule to accommodate the exec board diaries, we filmed at their HQ offices and off-site on one of their developments.

All editing, audio mix and grade completed at our TopB facility. This film was very well received by the whole board and since gone through various re-edits for social and main website including this updated version several years later with new CEO Jennie Daly in 2022, shot and graded to match the original – this re-edit focused on their HR policy.
