· Build awareness: Ensure staff and students know a strategy is being developed, and that they can provide input to it.

· Educate: Familiarise staff and students with the draft strategy elements, so that they have context for the consultation phase

· Reassure: Demonstrate the comprehensive scope and that all of the requisite elements are incorporated

· Set expectations: Surface some of the challenges, including staff travel, that we will need to collectively address as an institution

· Call to action: Start thinking about how you would like to contribute to the consultation.
