Spillage issue defective product

kartikey singhhi i ordered the java 600 ml and the bottle is good in every way but the biggest problem is i have received a defective model because if my bottle is kept lying sideways the water leaks and the temperature also is not stable when it goes sideways… i dont like the spillage issue and i need a replacement for this product.
