Today’s session has a cardio zone (split into 2 zones with 3 exercises) and 2 strength zones. You will start in cardio zone 1 and complete 35s on each exercise, before a 30s break, 3 laps through. After completing your 3 laps, you will get a 1min break before starting cardio zone 2. You will complete this zone in the same fashion as cardio zone 1. After that, you will get 1min 30s rest before moving to strength zone 1. You will complete the strength zone in the same fashion, but instead of 3 laps, you will complete 4 laps. After finishing your 4 laps, you will go back to the cardio zone and complete both cardio zone 1 and cardio zone 2 as before. After that you will then move to strength zone 2. MEP: 130-140.
