Round Roo Slides Into a New Buiding – FESCH.TV

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

Round Room renovated its 190,000-square-foot headquarters based in Fishers at 10300 Kincaid Drive. The wireless retail business relocated its headquarters from Carmel to the former Roche campus building.

Round Room announced plans for the move in June 2020, and Business Furniture worked closely with leaders to create a space that exemplified their robust rock and roll culture with plenty of room for growth. Relocating to Fishers allowed the company to consolidate more than 200 employees from various portfolio companies, including TCC, TCC Gives, Round Room Gives, Redux, and Culture of Good to one location.

The renovated space includes a 450-person training and event center, available for the public to rent for events, conferences, and other uses. It also consists of a nonprofit hub, fitness center, and a 40,000-square-foot common area.

The new space is centered around a multi-floored slide that allows team members to move quickly from floor to floor and make an entrance for standing scrum meetings.

Designers played off the leader’s high fashion eye while incorporating touches of comfort for team members by reupholstering oversized bean bags and adding fire tables to create „moments“ throughout the space for teams to recharge in a fast past work environment.

A series of conference rooms complete with wireless chargers and IT setups have made hybrid and virtual conferencing an easier transition.

Round Room completed the project, and doors were open with a ribbon-cutting in early 2021.
