Meteora, a research group at ETH Zurich,
presents „Quantum Tube“ for the London Design Biennale 2023.
Today, we travel at the speed of light. In the age of quantum and the internet of things, everything ever written or created can be accessed anywhere. Meteora works on the idea that today’s technological revolution changes the perspective of architectural theory and will result in different architectural designs, building constructions and building software.
Hence, to showcase its work at the London Design Biennale, Meteora travels back to Somerset House in familiar vehicles, but at the speed of light: Arriving from the sky by Quantum Balloon and travelling around the earth by Quantum train.
