Plato’s Daydream

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

Visualization of the linear paths that different Buddhabrot orbits travel between their points and the geometric shapes that different collections of these paths produce.

All shown images were rendered using custom software. Each image consists of over several hundred million complex points which are iteratively calculated using the Mandelbrot function, randomly interpolated between two adjacent iterations, projected onto the two-dimensional plane, and colorized to produce the final visualization.
