During the Covid-19 Pandemic, travel nurses became more important than ever. Firmament, a private equity firm, invested in national nurse staffing agency Nurses PRN to help it scale while maintaining its values-based mission. Eric and his production team traveled to PRN headquarters in Wisconsin to interview company leadership and to Portland, Oregon to interview Kelsey Zuppan, a travel nurse who uses PRN for recruiting opportunities.
