I went to the Akemihikoyama burial mounds in Nankoku city. It is one of the three major tumuli of Tosa.These were built in the late Kofun period.
The tumulus consisted of three tumuli, Nos. 1-3.
However, Mound No. 2 has already disappeared, and only Mounds No. 1 and No. 3 remain.
The road is very quiet. Mystery? Creepy? ..
There was an old burial mound before entering the forest. It’s a hideaway.
