The Story Behind The Video
A small portrait of mountains, where I tried to show, through the art of cinema, the various faces of a natural landscape.
For me these places will be always important and I think that I fell some connection with them, because I’m impressed and amazed at the things I can see and discover at high altitude, since I was a kid.
So, at a certain point, I decided to rule up the big amount of shootings collected in many years during my trekking and small explorations around Trentino Alto Adige, but near my hometown too.
In the past, I made various attempts to create a video that could synthesize my passion and finally in the last month I found a good idea to editing a short film.

The Music
I decided to improvise a short pieces with my synthesizer Yamaha MX88 using both Grand Piano and Vintage Electric Piano sound too.
The idea was to create a piece with a simple structure, like the minimalist movements, because I think that the type of this music genre is perfect to express the multiple souls of mountain, like infinity, mystery, remembers and more other.

The Soundtrack
I gave a lot importance to the sounds that you normally hear in a alpine landscape, so I tried to make, despite my poor skills, an effective sound editing where I mixed together files recorded by me with my audio-recorder and files downloaded from a good web site called FreeSound.org.
