From a routine business trip with his teambuilding skills to assist a new management trainee program, to a terrorist attack that would alter his career and life forever. On this 20th Anniversary, Steve Gustafson, opens up and finally talks publicly about his experiences. What was a horrific event, filled with death and destruction, Steve speaks about this fateful day, along with other life challenges, steer him into new career directions and the creation of a new adventure travel industry.

A sincere and emotional, often „raw“ accounting of the attacks, 20 years ago, the memories and scars are still at the surface today. Speaking to the loss of life, he still struggles with the despair of the events on 9/11/2001.
