Most Ballance Subwoofer of 2020

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

Fresh out of the box,
The VXF is a rather stiff subwoofer, which did cause some concerns during its bench performance.
I threw about 800 watts at it, in a free aired test
And I must admit, at first, I wasn’t impressed.
I’ve benched tested other subwoofers with similar sensitivity ratings and this one simply didn’t move as much as I expected to.
But what I was able to see is how well constructed was the mechanical suspension of the VXF is.
And as I slowed down the camera, to get a closer look, I could tell that, despite the stiffness, the VXF had a very smooth and concentrated stroke.
Another thing I noticed, is that the large diameter of the spider assembly.
This assured me that it also had the potential, for extreme mechanical travel.
The 300 oz motor coupled with a nearly 10” spider assembly made me really want to throw some real power behind this guy and that’s exactly what I did.

It was only when I got it in an enclosure, did I truly began to appreciate the balance of this driver.
Peak Power: 3,000 Watts
RMS Power: 1,500 Watts
Frequency Response: 22 – 250 Hz

Despite an RMS power rating of 1500W, every clip you guys see in the trunk is at 3000W or better.
This is achieved with clean power and proper tuning of both amplifier and enclosures.
I have to tip my hat to the engineers at Skar Audio for offering such a great product at such an affordable price.
So if you guys are looking to get loud and low, this could be the subwoofer for you.
Stamp: And without further ado, I would like to give the VXF-12 the budgetbasshead stamp of approval.
Closing: So if you enjoyed, get subscribed and see you in the next one.
