Meet Marat Tsirelson

Having studied business administration at Temple University, Marat Tsirelson has since built a successful decades-long career in the region. Utilizing his studies, Marat became a serial entrepreneur, operating in the world of real estate finance. Marat grew busy in the tasks of building companies from the ground up and networking with real estate agents and investors. After a series of business foundations and managerial roles, Marat then built The Lending Group, of which he has remained owner ever since. This mortgage company has established Marat as a knowledgeable subject matter expert, lending his expertise to numerous customers and real estate professionals. His complex mortgage background has allowed him to significantly impact his customers’ lives, who have him to thank for helping them secure financing for their homes.

At the same time, Marat Tsirelson is also the acting co-founder and president of GM Home Inc., a private equity firm focusing its investments in residential real estate, distressed residential real estate and non-performing assets. He can often be found location scouting among the Philadelphia suburbs, as this is where the majority of his profit is found. Having lived in the area for a great deal of time, Marat has an in-depth understanding of the profitable market and opportunities that have yet to be explored.

As the real estate market continues to fluctuate with our economy, Marat has realized that his industry will always be a hot topic, which has only furthered his passion. He continues to study these changing trends and work with his partners to find opportunities.

In his free time, Marat loves looking forward to upcoming trips and getting out into the great outdoors. He and his family enjoy spending time together on vacation and continuing to see new corners of the world. In addition to travel, Marat has become somewhat of a fitness enthusiast. In recent years, he has begun taking his health even more seriously than before and staying active on a daily basis, including participating in a local HIT class along with other passionate individuals.
