Meet Deanna Scarbo

Deanna Scarbo is the founder of the home health concierge service Homebrook Care, Inc., and its two subsidiaries: Homebrook Life and Homebrook Travel. Based in Philadelphia, PA, she has spent several years in various professional industries, including travel tourism and healthcare. This time allowed her to establish and build upon many skills that would help her throughout her career, including (but not limited to) complex problem solving, expert customer service and communication, product sourcing, time and project management, and business development.

Deanna Scarbo established the foundation of many of her skills through higher education and certifications. She initially received her degree in Criminal Justice, then moved on throughout her career to gain several certifications: Deanna is a certified travel agent, administrative health assistant, and pharmacy technician. She is able to work as a personal care assistant and treat everyone she works for with kindness and respect.

As a business owner, Deanna Scarbo understands the importance of privacy better than anyone. She can maintain client confidentiality and establish a clear, concise line of communication with her clients that allow her to build relationships that will last. Being a business owner also means that Deanna knows how to effectively run a business, reach out to connections for product sourcing and business structuring, work with the necessary suppliers, and hire the right employees to treat her clients correctly. Deanna’s clients are typically made up of private suburban and elite families who frequently use her products; it’s these clients that led her to the product sourcing and distribution industry.

Additionally, Deanna Scarbo passes her knowledge onto others as an individual business consultant and personal consultant. She uses the knowledge she gained over the years to help others improve their employee relations by reaching out to local corporations. Deanna helps these corporations with their employee relation strategies and financial burdens, as she understands how both can severely impact a business when not handled properly.
