He has already had a stellar career in five star luxury hotels working at The Four Seasons George V in Paris, The Plaza in New York, The Connaught in London and Le Bristol, Paris as well as The Beaumont.
He speaks to Renae from The South of France here, where he is taking a break with his young family to reflect on the new world of luxury after the pandemic as well as veganism, the cost of air travel, the definition of luxury hotels and the future of travel at the highest end of the scale.
