Head hunted by Richard Branson over a decade ago to head up the cuisine on Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class, Mangan has had a global career also creating first class cuisine for P&O cruises as well as for Eastern Oriental Express.
At one stage he owned restaurants in 5 countries, and had his own relish range, then pivoted to a gourmet pie division during the pandemic.
Mangan is the chef celebrities call on when they land in Sydney, and his restaurant Glass in Sydney’s Hilton Hotel is one of Sydney’s most glamorous and best.
