1) Hi Kris I am on 30day shred program. Can we use pre workout before cardio? AM as well as PM.
2) 30 day shred…my job involves lots of traveling on daily basis. I drove for 400 kms on Thursday and I couldn’t find strength for next day’s shoulder and Abs workout. Pls suggest how to manage such a situation.
3) Hi Kris, I have a hemorrhoids problem and I am scared to exert too much to avoid any flare ups. That’s also the reason I am afraid to use any thermogenics. Please suggest how to balance workout and health in such a scenario.

6) Hi, I have got notification for joining the continuation 90 day program. I will be traveling out of country for 2-3 months. I want to continue but there will be a gap of at least 15 days in between my travel days. Please suggest what to do.
