Knee Diamond Pushup

Primary muscle: Triceps.

Get into a pushup position but instead of having your arms out under your shoulders, bring them in so they are directly under your chest. Your pointer finger and thumb should be touching your opposite hands pointer finger and thumb creating a diamond shape. Slowly lower your chest to a few inches above your hands and forcefully push up by contracting your chest and your triceps to get you there.
Unlike the standard pushup, where your elbows travel out 45 degrees, here the key is to make sure your elbows travel back and as close to your sides as possible.
