Jay talks with Shelly Xu. Shelly is a recent graduate oft the Harvard Business School and she’s also the founder of Shelly Xu Design– a fashion-tech venture behind a line of sustainable women’s wear with the goal to create beautiful, accessible, zero-waste clothing designs. During the program, we’ll be learning why and how the company came about and how its grown, developed, and operates today. In the process, we’ll come to better understand and appreciate the promising impact this noteworthy endeavor is having by integrating zero waste into both the design and manufacturing process which, in turn, reduces fashion’s carbon footprint.
