Dear abpd police officer J Richardson/id#1245 here is the video (8:20pm) that you requested for ccr# 21-82012378 on the night of 6/25/2021 recorded by my Google Nest video cam that clearly shows Mr. Lyons and Mr. Porcella not letting me through multiple times to my dwelling which was only 10 feet away in front of me, they chased me multiple times and multiple directions hoping to destroy my personal property (my iPhone X) and to possibly inflict clear and present danger upon me in any fashion they so desired. This is two ppl who both clearly laid hands on me outside my dwelling and inside my dwelling and you did nothing. Officer J Richardson/id#1245 I asked you to arrest and charge Mr. Lyons and Mr. Porcella right on the spot after you and your fellow police officer Rhoades both watched this video in front of me. This video shows more than just mere battery. I’m asking you and your office (abpd) again right now (6/26/2021 at 4:51pm) to please press charges on both suspects so these suspects can be Prosecuted to the fullest in a Florida court of law by a Florida judge who has jurisdiction over such matters.
