So many teachers look forward to the challenges and professional growth of becoming a teacher leader. Many of these teachers do not wish to travel the well-worn path that forces them away from their classroom. This webinar will introduce four teachers from different grade levels who each devoted a semester on a course of study with colleagues in their locale to better understand a science and engineering practice. These learning communities are one component of a two-year program where each of the teachers becomes a teacher leader.
