The housing market in 2022 is going to be insane. Buying a house is a very hard decision to make when the price is the highest it’s ever been, but simultaneously the lowest it will be for a while. The low interest rates are also hard to overlook. This short film shot on the RED Komodo is a quick little window into what the process will look like for young buyers as the market get more and more crazy. This is my first time editing footage in Davinci Resolve (the first footage I’ve uploaded anyway). Please hit me with any questions about my settings, exposure, SDI issues, build, storytelling process, or whatever else.
