This research project investigates the role of emotions in fashion image-making through the making of intimate and emotive films. Underpinning this study is a focus on relational and transformative pedagogies that facilitated and grounded it. This research project studies emotions and memory as powerful antecedents to creative artmaking. Using public housing in Singapore (HDBs) as backdrop, the casestudies highlighted in this video shows a deep engagement with memory and emotion as affective pathways into making and re-making meanings about the world and their place within it as agents of the fashion image.
