Full Body Mobility

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

The first part of the my Mobility + Strength Yoga class.
We use gentle, oscillating movements to open up and lubricate the hips, the shoulders, the spine, the feet and ankles.
This 25 minute practice will help you find more space in your body and your joints, create more freedom of movement in all planes of motion, and energize you to face the day or the rest of the day, or recover from a workout, from work, from travel.
