Friday, March 26, 2021: Part 2: Oisin attempts to get to Denver: After his first dose, no pain, no exhaustion, he figured he could drive the 3-4 hours to Denver. Snow started coming down in Rifle, seeing road closure warning signs. Hotels in area too expensive, not wanting to car camp in case he has side effects from the vaccination. No luck, some accident after Vail closed down I-70 for several hours so he decided to turn around to Glenwood Springs and get a room at the Frontier Lodge, Wendy’s for dinner fish combo, rest and recover from the jab.
