FORAEVA, the award-winning design duo Lana Dumitru & Vlad Tenu,
unveils their latest revolutionary collection of 3D printed fashion designs:
HERITAGE RE:CODED.

Renowned for previously dressing the iconic artist Björk, their work has been
dubbed by Vogue as „a labor of love“ and their art-meets-tech garment made of
25,000 crystals is currently on display at the Swarovski Crystal Worlds Museum.
Introducing a novel perspective in fashion design, Lana Dumitru and Vlad Tenu
have reinvented the definition of traditional patterns and embroidery, by creatively
employing the newest technology of 3D printing directly onto textiles from
Stratasys.

Launched at Milano Design Week, the designs will take centre stage at the
Romanian Fashion Showcase in New York during NY Fashion Week 2024. As a
fusion of technology and fashion, FORAEVA have been pushing the boundaries of
3D printing on fabric since 2021, creating a spectacle that promises to redefine the
future of couture.

The collection is an invitation to lean forward and discover miniature surprise
elements “growing” on clothing like never seen before: flowers made of letters
within paragraphs telling the story of tradition, people holding hands made of tiny
people and dunes of colourful spikes arranged into a murmuration of symbols
depicting centuries-old graphics.

A contemporary mise en abyme of conceptual and visual together.
