FLASHBACK: 2005-11-10 / November 10th, 2005

This week’s FLASHBACK brings us back 17 years when the US Charts were led by a now very controversial rapper with his 2nd of 3 #1 songs in his homecountry, his first as a main artist. He was asstisted by a singer, who also was part of his first #1, when both were feature acts. Meanwhile in Germany it was a songstress from England, formerly part of a very famous girl group with her only solo #1 song in the country. She had one more as part of the female fivesome. And in the UK it was a Irish boy band with their 12th #1 song already, this one a cover, originally by a Norwegian group (who also won the Eurovision song contest but not with this song), then later covered by an American singer, before this group took it to #1.
