FLASHBACK: 2000-07-08 / July 8th, 2000

This week’s Flashback Video brings us back 22 years when the US Charts were led by a Spanish singer with his 2nd and so far final #1 songs in the country. Meanwhile in Germany a tv show about being in a small house supervised with cameras everywhere trended huge and helped this duo of participants to the #1 spot. For one of the two it was already his 2nd #1 song, also his last one. For the other it stayed his only charttopper. And in the UK an American rapper and his very mean alter ego debuted right at top of the charts. It was the first of 10 #1 songs for the artist in the country.
