This week’s Flashback Video brings us back 31 years when the US Charts were led by the member of a very famous family of musicians. It was already her 5th #1 song in her homecountry. She added another 5 during her ongoing career. Meanwhile in Germany and the UK it was a project from a German-Romanian producer using new age and other experimental sounds. It was his only #1 with this project in either Germany or the UK. And did you know: The vocals were performed by his then wife who had multiple Top 10 hits in Germany herself.
