Fashion Forward with Jeff Berlin: Pro Tips for Landing & Preparing for High Level Shoots | Hosted by Sony

You finally landed the big fashion/beauty/editorial shoot you have always aimed for. It’s a wonderful feeling, but a lot has to happen before you’re on set grabbing that first shot. In fact, even getting to this point takes so much more than making photographs, more than directing, and much more than schmoozing the client. A lot of pieces have to fall into place to even be in the running to get the job, but what are they?

Jeff Berlin has shot for top fashion magazines and brands like Vogue Italia, L’Oreal, British Elle, Estée Lauder, Esquire, Bloomingdale’s, Miss Vogue, Macy’s, Vogue Pelle, Madame Figaro, Wella, and many others. He has worked in the fashion trenches in New York, Milan, Paris, and a few other cities, too, and he’s learned a few lessons along the way. This presentation will discuss how to really be well-prepared to take on editorial and commercial shoots at the highest levels.
