Disaointed – FESCH.TV

I placed my order in January for the ‚Queen of Fashion Hearts‘ after eyeing it for a year on this website. I loved the original design and color scheme but there were few minor changes I wanted to make and specified them in my order. My case finally comes on Saturday, February 13th and I am very disappointed. Most of the changes I asked to be made were completely ignored and some changes I didn’t ask for. My original notes for my order are here:

„Here are the changes I would like to make: 1) Have all of the black, opaque gems replaced with the black translucent gems that are seen in the center of the design (NO OPAQUE, BLACK GEMS AT ALL) 2) Take off the shoe gem and have red lip gems (as seen on style PN_1071) placed tastefully throughout the case. 3) Add lipstick gems (as seen on style PN_1071 and style 421) placed tastefully throughout the case 4) And if possible have the charm hanging be a little more blinged out or have an ‚S‘ hanging from it for a more personal touch. Since my Samsung S20 Plus is bigger than the model phone used in the stock picture I would allow for some stylistic choice from the designer since there is extra room, but I would like to keep the term „Blessed“ on the phone as seen on the original stock photo. THANK YOU! If I wasn’t clear in my directions or explanations, please let me know! “

I emailed them the same day about my disappointment with the design and they responded saying there was nothing they could do but give me a 20% discounted refund. I didn’t want the refund I wanted to send my phone back so they fix all that was done wrong, but they said that couldn’t be done. I took the refund but it was measly $13.50. I could’ve let some things slide if it wasn’t for two glaring discrepancies that make me really hate what was done. A gem I asked to be kept off (shoe gem) was added anyway and a gem I loved (the ring gem in the original design) was kept off and I didn’t know they would do that. The part o my case that I hate the most is the large crystal bag gem that is the focal point of the design is not the same color as the one on the original design. Mine is rose gold with a pink accent and not the regular gold trim with a white accent like on the original design. They took my direction of no opaque black gems as putting no black gems at all even though I specified that all the black opaque gems be replaced with the translucent black gems they used on the original phone case design; Because of this my phone is mostly red and white and it bothers me.

I will end on a positive note. The packaging was nice, the quality of the phone case is up to par and surprisingly lighter than I thought it would be, and the charm is my favorite part. They at least added the lipstick and lip gems I asked for.

I won’t be ordering again, but the customer service was pretty quick to respond to my emails. I couldn’t call in because they weren’t accepting phone calls. That annoyed me, but the quick response to my emails made up for it. After this experience, I personally wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, but the phone case isn’t terribly made, but if you’re looking to make changes they won’t get everything right and they won’t fix them no matter how much you want them to.
