Filmmakers Jordan Taylor Fuller and Mary Fix present an intimate portrait of Massima Desire

“I am a child of the corn,” says Massima Desire, a model from Iowa. “A grasping-for-Grant Wood kind of girl with dry corn husks in her step and a queer prairie behind the eyes.”

Through an introspective examination on her own to call to nature, Massima finds her inspiration and personal philosophy in the serene beauty of the wilderness.

Plants have something to tell us and it’s a majestic reminder of what came before us and what will remain after we’re gone.
