These Chemical Protective Helmet Covers are used as part of the Army’s complete chemical protective system. This Berry Amendment-compliant product requires strict material testing, production lot traceability, and specialty tooling to sew the elastic inside the outer perimeter in “shower cap” fashion. Quality requirements are understandably high given the critical protective nature of the product, and our record is impeccable, with no returns for manufacturing defects since production began in 2002. Sustained monthly quantities have been as high as 40,000 units.
