Center Spooge v8/9 (OG Beta)

This line has been the source of much confusion, as the original line climbed straight up the face in a fairly contrived fashion and was grade v10. Many subsequent ascentionists have climbed this line in an uncontrived manner, which can feel anywhere from v4-v6ish depending on which holds you use and how far right you trend. It’s a shame because the line is actually quite visually striking and the OG version does offer up a fun and difficult challenge. I thought I would post a video of the ‚proper‘ OG beta, since you rarely see anyone actually doing it this way and perhaps this video will make it clearer how the original line actually climbs.
