Black hair and hairstyle is often identified as „ghetto“ hated when seen on black individuals but loved and seen as a fashion trend when seen on those that not of colour. This short film shows the beauty that’s within black hair. For us people of colour, our hair and hairstyle is form of self expression, it’s a work of art, it represents who we are and where we come from, our heritage and culture.
